Teatro Olimpico

The Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza is a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture designed by Andrea Palladio. Located in Piazza Matteotti, it is the final work of Palladio and serves as the permanent home of the Accademia Olimpica. The theater is open Tuesday to Sunday, with specific hours varying by season. From September to June, it operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with last admission at 4:30 PM. Tickets are available at the nearby Tourist Office for individuals and small groups of up to 10 people; booking is required for larger groups and schools. The regular admission includes the POP light and sound show.

A 10-minute sound and music performance is scheduled at specific times daily, depending on the season. No reservation is needed for individual visitors, who are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes early. Photography is permitted without flash or tripods, but the garden is currently closed. No internal guide service is provided, but external guides may be contacted.
